Exterior appears nice and well-lite. Bed was clean and ok. The rest of the furnishings looked like the result of a dumpster dive. Room was In disrepair, the floor was so sticky and nasty black, I put my shoes on before walking to the bathroom during the night. The property is so close to the interstate and the road noise is nearly unbearable. If it wasn’t total necessity I would have left immediately, but I endured. Disgruntled They doubled booked the room and than hung up in my face at 11:45 at night so now im driving 30 40 mins looking for another hotel horrible night shift

Regularly overbooked, management does not care. Talks down to you, very rude Annoyed that you actually show up and want your room and interrupted their sleep

This is one of the worst hotels on Expedia as as soon as you pull up you will see homeless people sitting outside drinking by people's vehicles. As soon as you walk in the room and turn the light on there are bugs crawling up the wall and if you go to the front desk as I did and spoke to Cassidy she'll tell you oh well if you don't like it you can go somewhere else there's a no-refund policy and you just lost your hundred-dollar deposit although they tell you if they deposit most people don't get it back and there's nowhere ... read more
