Bed to hard and Air Conditioner to loud. Staff very helpful.

It was a pretty average hotel, had an odd smell possibly from smoking rooms. Sheets were clean but the mattress protector appeared to have blood stains. staff was friendly though.

The hotel was good. Unfortunately, in that date, they were testing their fire alarm. It was very noisy at some point in the afternoon.

Not so great escape This place is in the middle of absolute nowhere. There is a waterfall 2 miles out from the hotel but other than that nothing. I guess that’s what the suburbs are though. This was our first time in Chicago and so we were hoping to see the city a lot more. The hotel room itself was dimly lit and felt kind of like a ghost town. Not many amenities were provided except free WiFi which there were problems with on the first day. I’m not staying here again.
