Good clean cost-effective hotel in nice location I have family in Woodridge and Bolingbrook and have been staying in hotels in Bolinbgrook, Naperville, Lisle and Lombard when I visit. Just found this hotel near Rt. 53 and Warrenville Rd. and it is pretty new, clean, great location (near Morton Arboretum), and allowed me to go many places without ever getting on the rip-off Illinois tollway system ;-) The only negative (for some people) is there were dogs throughout the hotel so 2 dogs in the room next door (they barked occas... read more
Location was good. Fairly quiet for sleeping. Room was clean and neat. Didn't like the wait at 11p.m. for the hostess to find the room keys that apparently were not put in the correct place. Took a phone call and several minutes of searching to find them. Then a comment made by staff about the company she worked for. Didn't feel it was appropriate.

Very nice for the price. I stay here when I have a closing then opening shift at my job. For the price, it's great. I can bring dinner in and cook instead of ordering out. And the staff is great. The only think I don't care for is that the lobby closes at 11. Which is fine, but I had to let my boyfriend in after I was already comfortable. Not a huge deal and I'm sure it's for cost and safety reasons.

Extended Stay America - Chicago - Lisle Hotel is OK - met our needs for a short stay. It was close to family, and the kitchenette is good. I do appreciate that the property is pet-friendly, but I think you should post the surcharge for pets along with the hotel information on the Expedia site. The high surcharge for pets at $25/pet/night was a shock and a disappointment . We have 2 small dogs, and $50/night is really high for a cleaning surcharge.
