Nice Location and room This is in a great location with lots of things to do. Only complaint I had was they were not cleaning the room daily or changing the towels.

Pet Friendly but not People Friendly Stayed overnight with two dogs - had two rooms. The front desk staff was not helpful at all and didnt seem to know what to do. It took 2 people almost 20 minutes to get us checked in! I must have made it too complicated when I wanted to extend the reservation for an additional night. Location has ZERO amenities - no nearby restaurants, nothing. No easily defined area for dogs to relieve themselves. Pet charge $25/pet/night.

Repeat Visitor Opinion Absolutely great location (easy access to several interstates and major thoroughfares) and the staff continues to be courteous and knowledgeable. Have stayed there before and will likely do so again!

Excellent My stay at the extended stay was excellent I look forward to staying at this location again. The room was perfect and provided everything I needed. The only thing needed is a few condiments and scrubers for the pots and pans they provide otherwise its excellent!

rock hard mattress I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel if you have back pain, joint pain, or are 8 months pregnant, and DEFINITELY would NOT recommend staying there if you have all three of those. The mattress was rock hard, i might as well have slept on the floor. I also could not adjust the air in the room so it was musty and warm.

Extended Stay America Chicago - Lisle - This hotel is close to the Lisle train station..great and esay way to travel downtown. The hotel was comfortable, neat and clean..be sure to bring your own shampoo etc ...because none will be provided. I was a bit disappointed the room was not cleaned when we returned from downtown. In addition there was not a fresh packet of coffee for our next day. Overall no frills, great value..would stay here again

Good No-Frills Hotel I've stayed here several times. The only problem has been noise - from the room heater/air conditioner, from the freeway, from the refrigerator, and, once, from a heater/air conditioner in the hall. Get a room on the second floor, on the west side, and not at the end of the hall (where the heater/air conditioner is), and unplug the refrigerator and those problems go away.
