Easy in easy out Maybe I am a little too picky. The room was tidy and the staff friendly.Nothing extraordinary. Did receive a call from the manager on duty shortly after settling in to see how I was doing....nice touch.

VERY Impressed with the Cleanliness, Staff, and Value For the Money. VERY Impressed with the Cleanliness, Staff, and Value For the Money. I have paid twice as much for similar rooms. Loved the Suite; was recently Updated, and had NO Smoking Smell! With the Suite I had a Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, 2 Desks, and a Recliner! VERY Impressed! Will Definitely stay here again next time I am in Chicago!

Best possible hotel for the money! This hotel has everything we needed: perfect location, a full kitchen, friendly personnel. We have stayed there before and will stay there in the future!

Average experience The hotel location was good(nearest METRA station being 1.3 miles) with spacious parking with friendly front desk staff but the quality of room was not that good. We could spot 2-3 spider webs on the carpet. Generally I keep my slippers with me to wear in room but this time I didnt carry and regretted. There were creases in bed and it was a bit hard but since we were sightseeing the whole day and only came to sleep at night, it was OK.
