Too many young people smoking pot in the hallways,police cars in lot. Fire alarm went off at 12:45am and alarm wasn’t silenced for almost 30 minutes!!!! A building as this should be able to silence the alarm after a few minutes,and still have the location of possible location on the FACP!!! Don’t let people under 25 get a room!!!!

Booked a room through the app and when I got there they said that the hotel was already full. Took my money and I never got a room

Ok, but not again. First had trouble with tv, called on issue. Fixed on my own after 45 mins of not hearing back. Found the cable unplugged. Second, it smelled like someone smoked in the room. Which was covered up with cleaning supplies. But by morning the smell was back and strong. Like someone was smoking outside my door. Room was clean, but the smell and the sticky floor like they used too much for soap in the water.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Thank the lord I was only here for one day. Checkin process took 25 minutes. They couldn't find a record or me having a room in their system. Finally, once they found the record on Expedia they gave me a room that was dirty. Everything was covered in a thin layer of dust. There was hair in the bathroom everywhere. Sleeping in a trash can The room smelled of smoke and trash and the halls smelled like trash as well. The tv didn’t work and we had to move rooms just to get a tv that worked but the smell was still terrible. The breakfast was packaged oatmeal and muffins that were hard and packaged as well. The lobby was filled with people talking about only paying 35$ a day when I paid almost 85$ for one night from 10 pm to 11am. I felt like I got scammed sleeping on a concrete bed with flat pillows with the smell of trash surrounding me.
