No hairdryer, no coffee Booked a queen bed and got a full. No in-room coffee or hairdryer. When asked about a hairdryer (as it says that there is one available at the front desk), they did not have one but said to check back. Very basic accomodations.

The attendant was so cold, didn’t seem to care. He gave me a room, it was not cleaned since the previous occupants left and smelled terrible. I complained about it and I was given another room. It was the same, sheets weren't changed, towels were disgusting and the place just was not up to standard. I definitely could not stay there. I returned the key to the attendant and told him that I would not be staying because the place is disgusting and smelly. He just said ok and had no interest in trying to facilitate me. My kids and I got ate up by bed bugs it was crumbs on the florr when we got in the room and woke up to bites on us

I changed my reservation and arrived really late the start of the second billing period. The lady at the front desk acknowledged that and told me that checkout is Saturday. In the morning, the guy said no and he changed it in front of me. He pretended he is talking to his manager who sounded women in the phone and handed me managers business card who from the name is a male. Very weird, argumentative, unprofessional.

No pool. Awful continental breakfast. Refrigerator was not cleaned out, still had previous patrons leftovers in it.
