Close to the arena All in all, our stay was fine. We only stayed overnight but the hotel is close to the Allstate Arena which was why we were there. The surrounding area had plenty of places to eat. We loved having a full refrigerator. It was a great stay.

Hair Everywhere! My boyfriend and I stay for a night because we were going to a concert at the All State Arena. The location is great because the hotel is a block away and instead of dealing with the concert traffic we just walked to the concert. That was seriously the best part of our stay. As soon as we walked and placed some food in the fridge we spotted hair. There was hair in the door, in the drawers, and and in the freezer. How does one get hair in the freezer? The beds were clean but there was debris and dirt under the beds. The main doors do not open automatically and no one helped bring in the luggage or held the doors coming and leaving. very awkward.The room was a kitchenette but equipment and supplies were limited. We had to beg every day for dish washing soap and one daily coffee. Certainly no perks here.

Best Value, weak amenities With a low price, shuttle to O'Hare, and ability to prepare food in the room, this is the best value for people needing to stay near O'Hare and keep the cost down. Use the shuttle to O'Hare to access the Blue Line downtown.

You get what you pay for... Hotel is in great location. I had access to many dining options and things to do. Staff was incredibly courteous and pleasant. Reservation was exactly as expected. Hallways did have funny smell, and while walking to and from my room, I could hear children while walking by. Room also had funny smell during entire 3 day trip.
