Best Value, weak amenities With a low price, shuttle to O'Hare, and ability to prepare food in the room, this is the best value for people needing to stay near O'Hare and keep the cost down. Use the shuttle to O'Hare to access the Blue Line downtown.

You get what you pay for... Hotel is in great location. I had access to many dining options and things to do. Staff was incredibly courteous and pleasant. Reservation was exactly as expected. Hallways did have funny smell, and while walking to and from my room, I could hear children while walking by. Room also had funny smell during entire 3 day trip. It was relatively clean (had a noodle in drain). Everything else was spotless. Furniture was very basic...had four drawer dresser, desk with chair, dining table with one chair,... read more

The room was aweful! It smelled like someone pee'd all over the room and staff knew about it!

The front desk staff was very nice. The building very old, run down. Wanted kitchenette to save money-no dishes, flatware, pots, pans, mugs glasses, nothing! No shampoo or soap. 2 towels and 2 washcloths to last us 4 days. :( Very disappointing.. would not recommend....

room we originally booked was filthy and covered in some dried substance that looked like phlegm or spit on the carpets, kitchen floor, mirror, table and chair. We complained and the staff was apologetic and accommodating, and moved us into an upgraded room in a different suite. There were some stains etc that they warned us about but it was fine for the two night stay we were there for. But that said, general House keeping could use some work. The front desk staff made it right and they’re worth the stay.

Smelled like cigarette smoke, after telling front desk. Nothing was done.
