I flew from Las Vegas Nevada to Chicago & stayed at extended stay America. I arrived at the hotel approximately 6am. Check in wasn't until 3pm. The attendant was able to hook me up at 6am instead of waiting until 3pm, it made my day . The attendant should get a raise. I think his name was Tim . He was very understanding.The room was super clean, w/a refergorator , micro wave oven & kitchen sink. It was spotless . Their was a iron & ironing board, I was able to iron some of my clothes. Very nice hotel, especially for the price. Having a kitchen in the room was a selling point for me. The rooms are clean, open, spacious and well maintained.

Only nice things about his hotel was the location and the price. Was decent for a minimal time stay. Breakfast was cereal bars and coffee. Took staff 10 minutes to come out of break room with a late night, close to midnight, check in.

Value over comfort. The room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable. All I want is a comfy bed a place to do some paperwork and a decent shower. 1 out of 3 in this case. I have stayed at three of the extended stays in this area. They all miss the mark at one thing or another.

Nice Hotel Good decent hotel. Love the idea of the kitchen with big refrigerator, microwave, and stove top. Good price room. Only complain would be finding hairs on some of our bathroom towels. But other than that room was pretty clean. Would stay again.

Very welcomed This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel it was clean and if I needed to go shopping it was convenient.
