Friendly helpful staff I have stayed at this hotel several times for my business trips to Rolling Meadows, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and easy to access after I've spent a long day driving.

Clean and peaceful It was a great the only problem was thete was a guess pulling the fire alarm for no reason...

Nice hotel in Chicago's NW We only stayed at the hotel one night but it looked like it would have served anyone who needed a place for several days or even weeks. The kitchen was spotless, and a set of dishes and basic silverware and so on was brought to our room within 5 minutes of our asking. There were no restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent Staff EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I travel for business and have experience with various hotels. I called the hotel prior to my arrival regarding packages that were delivered to the hotel. I requested the packages be placed in a hotel refrigerator. Karim went the extra mile and placed the items in the refrigerator in my room before I was even on my plane. This may seem like a small gesture but it was huge for me. He greeted me with a smile upon check-in and even asked if the refrigerator was cold enough when I ran i... read more

Efficient They advertise that they offer breakfast but that is nothing more than muffins or donuts, with coffee, tea or hot chocolate. The room was clean and a good size. If you choose to use the kitchenette you need to check whatever dishes and cook ware you want out from the front desk. There are no kitchen supplies in the rooms. Bathroom counter space is a bit small.
