Noise from above First floor room, so I expected some noise from above me. However it was constant heavy walking and chairs scraping across the floor all day long and until about 4 am every day.

Not a bad place but room for improvement There are a lot of places close by but the area isn't very walking friendly. No sidewalks, no crosswalks. The breakfast restaurant (Scrambler Maries) next door is a good place to eat and reasonable prices. A extended stay motel should have a comfortable chair for watching TV, they don't. It was a non smoking room but the room reeked of it. No-frills, easy location. We needed a no-frills hotel close to the Interstate. This worked well.

Spend the extra money & go elsewhere Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. You could hear everything that went on in the surrounding rooms. Floor was dirty, ruined my socks. Somehow we received a handicapped room, which was a major inconvenience moving the handicap chair out of the shower in order to TAKE a shower. We were told during check-in we were being upgraded to a suite with a sofa bed. There was definitely no sofa bed in our room. The location was great, right in the highway.
