Ok in a pinch Well the pros are that it was clean and not badly priced. The cons are uncomfortable bed and pillows (it almost looked like a queen sized mattress on a twin sized box spring), the walls are thin we could hear the neighbors TV all night long, we couldn't make the room dark. I guess I have to have the room dark and quiet to get good sleep. Oh and the air conditioner was very loud. And we kept get strong smells of smoke:( Loved the lady at the front desk though. She was a hard working gem.

Perfect for staying overnight while visiting Kings Island. No frills, but quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Great place to stay for the price!!! Very clean and the staff was great. Everything we wanted to see and do was close. Having a stove top and full size refrigerator was great

I got room just for the stay and that is about all I can say for it. Bare necessities but not dirty by any means. I wish the place had an ice machine. Shower was hard to work.

A good Value The Value Place was an excellent value for a 2 month temporary business assignment. The nightly cost was under $40 per night. The hotel was clean, secure, safe, with friendly staff and guests. The location was off the highway, with good access to the city as well as restaurants and a grocery store. The benefits also included a kitchenette, free wifi, cable TV, a laundry facility, as well as a daily towel and sheet exchange service. A great stay and a great value

Pro:Friendly staff, easy to access to interstate; price; kitchenette would be nice for an extended stay; overall the hotel was clean. Con: Uncomfortable bed, wooden floors in the room were not clean, noisy (I had difficulty sleeping because of the tv in the room next to me).

Room was clean but the cigarette smell was horrible no matter what we did... bed was extremely uncomfortable. Other than those things it was a decent place for the price.
