Maintenance problems The room I was in developed a short in an electrical unit in the ceiling with sparks flying the morning after I checked in. I had to move to another room on the next floor up. Also, one of the mornings when I tried to get into the bathroom, I found the door was locked. Maintenance had to come up and unlock it.

When we arrived after a 13 hour drive with a 4 month paid reservation, we were told they over booked and they had no room for us.

The Woodspring Suites Cleveland Airport, 20829 Emerald Parkway, did not honor our reservation, and left me and my family stranded outside in the middle of the night, after arriving with a flight and taxi from the airport (so we had nowhere else to go). The front desk in a small entrance corridor was closed (shuttered), and there was just a phone on the wall, with someone polite on the other end, who could however not help us in any way. Showed up at hotel, booked double beds only had single beds, was going to give me two single bed rooms. Canceled and left

More like a prison then a hotel. I got stuck with a smoking room because they overbooked my room. Yiech! Was going to leave and sleep in my car in the middle of the night it was so bad. Because of the NBA Playoffs, there were no other hotels so at least I got a good lesson where never to stay.

I booked my trip and when I got there I was told all rooms were booked and did t have a room for me ... i had to go find a different hotel room in the middle of the night ... please avoid

Stay away Tried to check in after hours and nobody was at the front desk. Waited 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone and then they said someone would be down to check me in. Waited another 15 minutes and nobody showed up.... In my eyes, this isn't even a "hotel" and it should be explained what you are getting into. Stay away...
