Stay anywhere else .. anywhere. Where to start? My first room (106) had ants. I asked for another room and was told by the desk clerk, Scott, "The rooms on the fourth floor are better". What? So fewer ants maybe? I was eventually given room 410 and told I'd be the only one on the floor. Immediately, I checked for ants. No ants, but the sheets had but even been washed. If you arrive after 10pm, you call an off shore answering service and they call an attendant to check you in. The guy on the phone could not spell a common name. The rooms were plain but clean. No decent chair. No shampoos provided. Overall, there are better deals.

Cops we’re escorting a man off property. Needed to wait 15 mins to check in. Halls smelled of bad food and stale room. Barking dogs. TV didn’t work. Laundry detergent dispenser didn’t work. Laundry machines wouldn’t take my credit card. Fire alarm went off every night at 1:30am. Pretty sure people were living there. You get what you pay for I guess.

Reserved room was not available The hotel did not have the double room that we had reserved. Desk clerk was nice and offered us two single rooms for the same price, but we weren’t comfortable with that arrangement. We left and found another hotel with the double room that we wanted.

WoodSpring Suites Cleveland Airport We had booked a room at this hotel around 5pm while we were traveling. We arrived at the hotel around 915/930pm. The doors were locked, the checking area was shut up. We were lucky that a guest let us in when we told them we were checking in. The person working told us he had room for us. Even though we booked and got confirmation and paid. He was very rude. So we had to find another hotel to stay in. Would not suggest this hotel.

I arrived at 9pm Saturday evening to find the reception area closed. I had to dial a number that connected me with the central office who then contacted the local hotel manager. Once the manager showed up, he informed me that there was no room for me, my two sons, and our dog. I had called earlier in the week to confirm my reservation and add my dog. I was appalled to find that there was no room reserved for me. (A Seinfeld episode comes to mind.) By the time it was known that we had no place to stay it was after 9:45. It is... read more
