Thought it would be better Ok,except we had no hand towels in the room, called front desk, said they would bring some.....Brought us 2 more wash cloths??? Extended stay guests were "camped out" in the parking lot in front of the door in the back of the building making it difficult to get in (these same people were arguing and throwing f-bombs at each other). Otherwise our stay was ok.

closest hotel to where we needed to go There was no bath products other than face soap in the room. The floor in the bath room was not cleaned behind the door. According to the policies paper we received we had to carry out our trash or pay a $45.00 cleaning charge even if only an overnight stay. When we checked out, the desk was not even open to properly check out. There was only a lock box what wasen't even locked, for which we had to put our key cards in.

Favorite comfort zone in the Springs This is my favorite hotel to stay at so far, my boyfriend and I have "hotel hopped" for a few months, now. This one is by far the nicest, even if a little pricey, and has always welcomed my service dog. Staff is pretty awesome as well for the most part. We call woodsprings home.

Kyle the manager was nice but the environment i just don’t know. Just strange people there roaming around at night There was a homeless man just sitting by the elevator at like 11. the side door is left cracked throughout the night so I’m assuming that’s how he got in. At two in the morning i had a random guy knock on my door and i looked through the peep hole went back to bed waited ten minutes and he was still standing there. I called front desk but she told me she was not on the property and just to not answer the door.

Close to garden of the gods Nice location close to great spots. Sketchy people roaming around the area. Would come back though.
