the floor above us was extremely noisy, beside us and across the hall plus dogs were barking, people partying outside. There was a young man hanging around the cars which the security man went after. Guests were extremely noisy in the hall way, fighting at different times of day and night.

Great place to stay for the price. The only improvement would be the handling of pets by owners. Making sure they clean up behind the animal if they go in the elevator or hallways.
