This is a very basic extended stay hotel. Minimum towels, no Kleenex, has kitchen but no dishes or pans. Floor is bare, no comfortable chairs.

If there was a pool,and breakfast. If there was a pool,and breakfast it would have made the place better. It was nice and peaceful. Quite and respectfully. I definitely will return, and tell a friends. When you have down time and there's nothing to do around the hotel swimming would have been perfect. I could have cooled off,and got a full body workout on. What better way to start a weekend off. Breakfast and a swim.

Convenient Room with Kitchenette A nice room with a little kitchette area that had a full refrigerator. It is a little hard to find at first, but it is close to all the shopping and dining around the Dayton Mall.

Very basic but very clean, comfortable, and an amazing price for a last minute trip to see our sick grandmother. We were very happy.

Rooms were clean and sanitized. You have to ask for extras, cooking utensils, iron, phone, and etc.

It's a nice hotel. Staff is friendly and willing to help out when needed. I loved having the kitchen to be able to eat in and cook. It saved on eating out all the time.I would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping Hosting is horrible. Dirty sink, toilet and bath towels. Very unsanitary.
