Convenient Room with Kitchenette A nice room with a little kitchette area that had a full refrigerator. It is a little hard to find at first, but it is close to all the shopping and dining around the Dayton Mall.

Very basic but very clean, comfortable, and an amazing price for a last minute trip to see our sick grandmother. We were very happy.

Rooms were clean and sanitized. You have to ask for extras, cooking utensils, iron, phone, and etc.

It's a nice hotel. Staff is friendly and willing to help out when needed. I loved having the kitchen to be able to eat in and cook. It saved on eating out all the time.I would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping Hosting is horrible. Dirty sink, toilet and bath towels. Very unsanitary.

Knowing this was an extended stay hotel it was VERY CLEAN... however I had problems with noise above me for 2 out of 5 days...It sounded like people were moving furniture from 8pm-330am. I found this quite unpleasant but, it was not the hotel's fault
