Nice and clean hotel I had a good experience it's just that I got a studio type of room and I need to buy my kitchen utensils cause it's not free of use. The cleaning of room is just once a week and you need to pay extra charge if you want it daily. The wifi also need to pay $10 for 1 week

Know the area I'm currently a single mother and I was looking for a place to stay while looking for an apartment. I chose the value place because of the rates. I paid for one week, but only stayed for 4 days because I was harassed by the police because I used the side doors of the place I was staying. It was closer to my room and I didn't have to use the elevator that's where the stairs were. Apparently there was a lot of drug activity and they thought I was one of them because I was going out the side doors. Very insulting ... read more

Clean, quiet, basic Room ok had basics. Kitchenette, full fridge, small microwave, two electric burners but no dishes, pots, pans, etc. mattress comfy, no box springs, on metal frame. Pillows tired. Room smelled of bacon on arrival, took several days to clear. Spotless tho. SMALL bathroom, no place to put stuff. $10 charge weekly for Internet, same for towel service, soap, shampoo, etc. Denny's across St.
