Good Surrounding areas I wish the amenities were available more, they do not offer silverware or cooking utensils when checking in, or no clean cooking utensils available when you do request them. Reyna was very helpful for towels.. Karla was not. comfortable bed

Good location, marginal facility and staff I booked an extended stay hotel to have the ease of kitchen facilities. Then I found out that the unit was not stocked with kitchen supplies but that I had to request them from the front desk. This was a bit inconvenient and, to make matters a bit worse, finding someone working at the front desk was also challenging.
I was told by one resident she had bedbugs and told me to be careful and to wash all the lineen and don't use their towels and to wash the shower curtain. I also noticed a baby roach in the bathroom!!! when we first checked in the bathroom tub was filthy and the fridge was not cleaned.and sink looked like there was toothpaste residue in it. And the floor was not vacuumed either!! It's obvious that no one inspects the rooms to make sure the maids do their job!! I certainly won't ever stay there again!!!
