Good location, marginal facility and staff I booked an extended stay hotel to have the ease of kitchen facilities. Then I found out that the unit was not stocked with kitchen supplies but that I had to request them from the front desk. This was a bit inconvenient and, to make matters a bit worse, finding someone working at the front desk was also challenging.

Love the price and location, overall my room would be a 6.5 out of 10. The microwave (the plate) and fridge were not clean. Bathroom needed to be sweep. But comfortable bed, AND pillows. I'd probably be staying at Extended Stay America. Like the idea for a fridge and microwave, and stove.

BYOToliet paper Friendly staff but if you ask for something you have to keep asking they forget about you as soon as you walk away. Had to ask three times for the pots pans towels soups and toilet paper that our room didn't come with. The last time I ended up bring it all to my room myself. Great clean room in a safe area.

Expectations!!! Was here for one nite. Was very anxious to stay another nite due to confidences. My only comment is that front desk staff could b a little more smiling n polite about questions concerning extras that u can have.

GREAT RATE GREAT STAY Quite, clean, customer service was a little slow but T made the stay comfortable, relaxing and quick. She was really great! Very professional and great attention to detail.

I was told by one resident she had bedbugs and told me to be careful and to wash all the lineen and don't use their towels and to wash the shower curtain. I also noticed a baby roach in the bathroom!!! when we first checked in the bathroom tub was filthy and the fridge was not cleaned.and sink looked like there was toothpaste residue in it. And the floor was not vacuumed either!! It's obvious that no one inspects the rooms to make sure the maids do their job!! I certainly won't ever stay there again!!!
