The front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming during the check in. Definitely more specific and cleaner than any other extended stay I’ve stayed at previously. The only issue I found was that the drawers in my room didn’t all work, some of them fall when you pull them out.

There were no cups/plates/silverware so we had a kitchen with empty cabinets that we couldn’t use

Cleanliness and helpful staff. A room was quite big, clean and comfortable bed with all amenities I needed. My room was on second floor with no elevator. The staff at reception didn’t hesitate to asked me and help to bring my heavy luggage to the room, so impressive! This hotel is on the main road and the big supermarket is just few minutes walk.

Makes you appreciate nice hotels Cheap and decent location. Check in was fast and easy. Condition was old and cheesy, and no supplies unless you asked for them. Also, I had a bonus - 2 microwaves! One that didn't work built into the kitchen and one that worked sitting on the table.

Disappointed to say the least Upon arrival was told the room type reserved was not available, and then was downgraded a room not even big enough for the number of guests registered to our reservation. Handicap spaces hadn’t had any snow shoveled from them making it difficult for anyone with a handicap to access the lot and sidewalks. We ended up not even staying. I called later to speak to the manager and he was very apologetic to our situation and promised to fix the issues.
