Late check in was a hassle because someone stole the phone that would contact the rep. My non smoking room smelt bad and there was food in refrigerator that was not cleaned up. Bed was comfy kinda tho.

My room was nearby the Target loading dock; so trucks started showing up early. Also, the neighbors were loud through the wee hours of the AM - but that is not necessarily under the hotel's control.
