Denver impression We arrive after 1 am, there was no one at the front desk. Called customer service, 20 minutes later someone came to check us in. Tried to enter the room but the key cards didn't work. Called customer service again to get someone back to re-key the cards. Faster this time & he stayed to make sure they worked. The room was pretty rundown but looked decently clean. No soap, shampoo or body wash though. No breakfast offered. We were tired, it was good for 1 night.
