Meh. Hotel was clean. They do not provide any dishes/utensils/pots and pans in the kitchenette. They also do not provide housekeeping without an additional fee, and charge you $30 to take out your trash. Provided 2 towels for 3 guests and seemed annoyed when I asked for extra.

I stayed for 10 days. Staff was pleasant. As expected for such a low price hotel, the furnishings, paint etc was old but it was clean inside my room and it was quite! The bed was comfortable. The smell in the elevator for the entire 10 days though was pretty awful. A mixture of cigarets and body odor and the large stain on the carpet hallway on the second floor was hard to overlook.
