The chair at the desk was very dirty and stained. The faucet was also not clean, showing stains

Comfy but loud I loved the overall experience. I did end up cooking, and they provided me with supplies I forgot to bring. I only have two cons. There was long curly hair on a few of the towels in the bathroom and you can hear people walking above you as if you're in an apartment. Everything else was just fine.

Great but need some work Room was spacious but ventilation was not enough. We also need to get towels, bed sheets and cups from front desk.
