You get what you pay for..... As with most extended stay place, Woodspring Suites provides a basic room for a low rate, but cuts out some of the amenities you get at most hotels. Cleaning service was advertised at the front desk as "twice weekly", however it took eight days before anyone came into my room to clean and change the towels/linen, and if I hadn't mentioned it to them, I'm not sure they ever would have come to the room while I was staying there. Economic, safe, and convenient stay. Conveniently located for our daily drive when we are in the area. People are polite but generally keep to themselves. Rooms are sparse but that's expected for this type of hotel. Room was generally clean but the elevator could use cleaning. Bedding and pillows were basic and comfortable enough. There were 2 to 8 geese walking through the parking lot or hanging out at the pond or on the grass but parking lot remained clean. Quiet hotel We arrived after a long day. We had to call for the night manager. He was very kind and courteous. He help us complete our check in. He gave us our keys and instructed us about check out in the morning. Room was clean and tidy. Wifi worked great!! We all got a restful night.
