Nice and close to the airport The front desk lady, Loretta, made me feel like I was at moms house. Safe and comfortable. Her smile and kindness was beyond what most places give. I will stay here again the next time I'm in town.

It was a last minute trip so my budget was limited. Value Place was very clean and extremely quiet. I admit I was worried because it was an extended stay. Ms Loretta was very pleasant to work with. I will definitely book here again.

Rooms were clean, there's no comfortable furn. sofa,chair etc.there are a lot of shady looking people that stay there. The walls are very thin. I would not stay again as I didn't feel safe there.Hotel staff was friendly.
