Adequate hotel close to U of AR Pretty low maintenance as I was on my own. Walking distance to everything I needed.

Great stay, but some things to be aware of... Traveling solo, and this was perfect. Generally, the rooms are intended for extended stays, but I found it available for just a few days at the last minute. Because it's designed for extended stay, there's no maid service (unless you want to pay for it). There's a full kitchen, but no plates, pans, or anything you might need to cook. Its right name for the place Rooms smelled funny . Ya have to pay for internet . Ya have to clean your own towels and linens . Front desk is only open certain hours of the day .
Hmmm Better than I thought, but I wish they would tell you that you have to take out your own trash before it piles up and you have to ask them. Friendly staff, but they wouldn't let me re-book online for the discount and keep my room.
Its a room Its a room for a football weekend, when rooms are scarce. I would not suggest it for a "romantic get-a-way!" The regular rate would be reasonable room rate . For a football weekend, the special, much higher rate was way to high for a room of this caliber. The room was clean and location good.
Minimal hotel, but (mostly) clean and safe. Minimal hotel, but you only pay for what you get--which I like. Very clean, non-smoking room, other than the smell of smoke that permeated it through much of my stay (one week). The halls and elevator also smelled like smoke much of the time. Nice staff. Wal-Mart close by to purchase dishes, soap, etc.
affordable place to stay hotel seems to be set up for a working man, and not for a family vacation stay
