Nice hotel..close to Walmart and several eateries I am staying here because i moved back from Nebraska to Fayetteville to help my son through physical therapy after a serious motorcycle accident. I finally found a place to rent..i am almost sad to be leaving..the staff is so friendly..they made me feel at home. The rooms are clean and roomy. Showers have excellent water pressure..that's a big deal and the kitchen area is large enough..it was a great experience.

Close to shopping..U of A..Dickson St..Walton Art The staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. It was in close proximity of Walmart..Walgreens and various eateries. The place was secure and i felt safe. It was a pleasant experience

Close ro several restaurants and businesses. Not much to say..it was pleasant..the staff was friendly and helpful. My reason for staying was that i was looking for a place to live.

Pleasantly Surprised! My room was amazing! Clean and well stocked. My room was right by the elevator and I heard nothing!! Only mild complaint is the dryers do not heat up well. Took 4 hours to get my clothes to be partially dry.
