Wonderful stay with an affordable price After reading some of the previous reviews from other customers, there were ambivalence feelings about staying with Value Place. However, after looking in the room and meeting the staff before following through with my reservation, I decided to go ahead with staying in the hotel. Adequate hotel close to U of AR Pretty low maintenance as I was on my own. Walking distance to everything I needed.

Great stay, but some things to be aware of... Traveling solo, and this was perfect. Generally, the rooms are intended for extended stays, but I found it available for just a few days at the last minute. Because it's designed for extended stay, there's no maid service (unless you want to pay for it). There's a full kitchen, but no plates, pans, or anything you might need to cook. You pay extra for those (and you then keep them, I believe). Same thing for a coffee pot in your room, 30 bucks and you get to take it with you. The... read more

Its right name for the place Rooms smelled funny . Ya have to pay for internet . Ya have to clean your own towels and linens . Front desk is only open certain hours of the day .

Hmmm Better than I thought, but I wish they would tell you that you have to take out your own trash before it piles up and you have to ask them. Friendly staff, but they wouldn't let me re-book online for the discount and keep my room.

Its a room Its a room for a football weekend, when rooms are scarce. I would not suggest it for a "romantic get-a-way!" The regular rate would be reasonable room rate . For a football weekend, the special, much higher rate was way to high for a room of this caliber. The room was clean and location good.
