The front desk clerk was very helpful, when I asked about a late checkout he did not know the details on that so he said that I can call in the morning and ask the manager. On my way to my room I ran into the manager and she said that they could help me with my late checkout she said that it wasn't no problem. When morning came I called at 7 and a man answered the phone was very rude and said that I couldn't do a late checkout because they don't do them at the hotel, which I was confused because I was told otherwise by a dif... read more
