I was disappointed. When I arrived I was told they only had 1 room available, on the second floor. I had booked a handicapped room and was told by phone they had given me a studio room. Even with an elevator it was difficult to get my belongings up to the 2nd floor, which was all the way across the width of the hotel, and then all the way across the back to the last room. We ran out of toilet paper (only 2 rolls for 4 day stay) and had to buy some. Water from the kitchen faucet was only a trickle. The commode would not flush... read more
