NO ROOM SERVICE but Charge Like a HOTEL Extended stay means NO ROOM SERVICE but cost is same as hotel with room service. So called free WiFi is useless from phone or laptop. The real objective is to pay for WiFi. I did not pay I went in my car and found a free WiFi one block away. Free breakfast is awful. Fruit ok, oranges, apples, and everything else or lack of everything else is in a package to be reconstituted with water, i.e. oatmeal, chocolate, etc. So across the street I got my Starbucks fix of liquid and food and said... read more

Cockroach Everything was great, I had stayed at this hotel previous and it was nice except for the bed was squeaky then this time I upgraded to the king suite and it looked very nice but the bed king-size was very uncomfortable and I found a cockroach crawling across the kitchen area floor so I chased it down and smashed it other than that, The hotel staff was very nice and helpful but due to the cockroach and the bad beds I will no longer stay there

Satisfied I recommend staying here if you are in town. The room I was in was clean and the bed was comfy. I was a little concerned about some of the other residents that were staying there. It's not in the worst area of Fayetteville by any means. But it's not the absolute greatest. You will hear police and ambulance sirens the whole time, it's right by the hospital. But it didn't bother me really, or keep me awake. The hotel office is hard to find. There really isn't a 'front' side of the building. So it would be nice if the... read more

A quaint little place to stay Overall the stay was wonderful. A few things were slightly dirty but nothing extreme. The toilet also liked to pick and choose when it would flush. The room was nice and spacious, and the air conditioner worked wonderfully!

Large, comfortable room I found a rate of $75 on Expedia for this hotel. The room was large and had hanging shelves in the closet area (no hangers though). It also had a kitchen area with a full size fridge and two burner stove w/ microwave. The bathroom was clean but small. I had no complaints.

Very nice hotel close to cape fear valley hospital The hospital itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, but I was concerned when I returned to the lobby after finding out my key card would not work, that maintenance had gone into my room to repair the phone. Even though I had placed the Do Not Disturb sign, and had not requested a phone repair. Also, the fact that I had to request, and lug the coffee maker up to my room, was disappointing.
