The staff was excellent. I knew from the pics that the room was very basic "bare bones," but I was very disappointed to find it did not even have plates, eating utensils, or a coffee maker, which I (mistakenly) assumed every "extended stay" has. This brand is named wrong "Extended Stay Select" should say "Extended Stay (VERY) Basic." I read a lot of reviews about roaches and noise, but I did not see any insects or hear any loud noise at all. Late - but good. Check in was delayed as room was not ready and once checked in there were no towels so I had to wait another hour for them. I still give it a 4 because the front desk staff was very nice and supportive and apologetic and did take care of the issues as best she could. The room was clean and everything in working order.

Monica at the front desk and the Hispanic lady that work as a housekeeper , definitely ARE THE BEST!! They make sure that all the guests feel like at home!!
