Late - but good. Check in was delayed as room was not ready and once checked in there were no towels so I had to wait another hour for them. I still give it a 4 because the front desk staff was very nice and supportive and apologetic and did take care of the issues as best she could. The room was clean and everything in working order.

Monica at the front desk and the Hispanic lady that work as a housekeeper , definitely ARE THE BEST!! They make sure that all the guests feel like at home!!
