Great Hotel w/ good location and Great Price! Arrived and everything was great! The Hotel and the Room were very clean. Mattress was soft and better than the one at my own house. Seemed like they were understaffed though. We had no problems while we were there. Wish there was a breakfast in morning or a coffee pot in the room. Loved the fact that there is a refrigerator, stove & microwave in rooms! Did not need kitchen plates, pot, pans, etc on this stay BUT was surprised that if we did, there was a charge for them!! Modest price near Highway This hotel was a good place to stay but quite noisy because it was right on the freeway.
Nice clean room with kitchenette Had a nice stay wish had indoor pool and spa. Room was clean which hotel is brand new, also adding breakfast wld be another suggestion.
Quality No-Frills Hotel If you're looking for a clean, quiet, no frills hotel, this place is great! It's next to the highway but you can't hear it from inside your room. There's nothing fancy about this place. No free breakfast either. For those of us who just need a clean room and a place to lay our heads at night at a reasonable price, this is the place. Just an OK hotel, not good billing practices Hotel was clean and OK and we knew going in being extended stay it would not be a typical hotel experience. Two charges were put on my c card, one as a hold which caused issues with my bank. Brought to the attention of front desk staff the claimed they did nothing wrong...
The hotel itself was very clean. However, if you have children this is not the hotel for you! There is no pool, no breakfast, no exercise room and they don't even serve coffee. The staff is horrible except the general manager he was very nice.
DORM LIFE! The new manager Joe showed EXEMPLARY customer service! I originally had a reservation for 5 nights, however, due to flight delays I didn't arrive until the day after my initial reservation. He reimbursed me the day I did not stay and honored the remainder of my reservation at the price I originally booked!!! So awesome! Being that I was in town for a basketball tournament for my son, we wanted to stay close to the sports facility and have accommodations of a suite w/kitchenette.
