The Staff were awesome. The rooms are brand new, so it’s hard to not keep them clean. If you’re choosing this hotel because it’s ‘smoke free’ then you’re gonna have a bad time. The only thing that kind of sucked was how loud the highway was but that’s unavoidable.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. A sign said to call a number on the lobby phone. It took about 10 minutes until someone arrived to check me in.

Modern new facility. Disliked the fact that there is no insulation to prevent noise from within or traffic noise from freeway. You hear every step on the floor of people above your room.

I have never stayed in a hotel where there was no Kleenex, hand towels or a hair dryer. Asked for extra towels was told they’d be in our room when we returned from dinner. Nope! Next morning at 10:45 am (check out time is 11am) there was a knock on our door it was the man from front desk asking if we were leaving soon. Only good thing was room was clean and bed comfy. Would never consider staying again.
