The hotel itself was clean. The first room we were in had heat then they had to move us because it was the wrong room. The second room they put us in didnt have heat we had to sleep in the cold but they made it up to us the next day.

The hotel itself was ok for the price. It is filled with roaches and the service at the desk was ok. customer service could have been a lot better

Lacking Had trouble locating the hotel and when I called to get help they were rude and couldn’t give me directions because they didn’t know the area well. Once we arrived service was slow, had to wait at the entrance for almost 10 minutes before worker appeared to check us in. Since we booked the room on Hotels.com they absolutely refused to provide a receipt of payment. The room booked was labeled as smoke free but the stale smell of cigarettes lingered in the room. Other than that the room wasn’t bad.
