Lacking Had trouble locating the hotel and when I called to get help they were rude and couldn’t give me directions because they didn’t know the area well. Once we arrived service was slow, had to wait at the entrance for almost 10 minutes before worker appeared to check us in. Since we booked the room on Hotels.com they absolutely refused to provide a receipt of payment. The room booked was labeled as smoke free but the stale smell of cigarettes lingered in the room. Other than that the room wasn’t bad.

OK place for those who fit their niche. I booked a one-night stay here purely based on cost. I had a less than pleasant experience because I was accustomed to regular hotels in which the office is staffed at all times. This place is more like a one-building apartment complex. The office keeps bankers' hours, which is not an issue for those who arrive midday, but "late" check-ins like mine can be off-putting. Great for smokers Staff was friendly, great kitchenette area, room was clean. Only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke all through the halls. The room was not as bad as I assumed it would be since the hall smelled so intensely of cigarettes. It's a great place if you smoke. If not, you just can't escape the smell-it starts in the elevator and gets stronger as soon as you make your way through the halls.
