My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights and it was nice The one thing/problem I had with the place was the smell when you walk into the room, it had a long strong stench...that I had to open the windows and spray it out....I did eat their food so idk what their breakfast is like.

Stay at the Extended Stay in Manchester, Ct. I was extremely pleased to walk into the room and be greeted with a nice smelling, clean well laid out room with kitchenette. I had stayed in another hotel the previous week and had paid the same price and was not greeted with this pleasure. So, I was very pleased. Anika, the staff persona at the desk was very friendly and helpful. At point during my stay I was waiting while she was on the phone and could tell it was a very difficult caller. A good hotel close to my business I enjoyed staying there and specially because of its location being close to highways.

Not Great, But Convenient The phone in our room was not working and they don't make up beds or change towels every day. Bed wasn't that comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly but not happy that the phone didn't work. They did offer to change rooms but we had already unpacked and it was late, we were tired, etc.

Nice Hotel, Convenient location Was a convenient location close to the highway & mall, I asked the person at the front desk for a quiet area of the hotel and she gave me a great room. I liked having a full size fridge and the kitchen was very clean.

New and nice This property is very well turned out, spacious rooms, clean and bright. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Right at the I-84 interchange and over the bridge to lots of mall stores, some restaurants.
