The personnel were very friendly but we found the hotel/rooms were just average.
First Time STay My wife and I were very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the facility. This was our first stay at an Extended Stay and we were very pleased. As this was a newer facility I can not comment on maintenance, too often hotel/motels fall into disrepair.
Room has an unpleasant odor when you first entered. Had to leave the windows open, but still was unpleasant. Our son has been staying in the same hotel while working in CT. He has experienced the same thing in each of the rooms he has been in too. He has a room air freshener in his present room.
Great location close to I84 Stayed for the weekend with three kids to visit daughter at UConn. Room was great, and we were close to everything!
Good hotel Baby cried every night next door , we were there. It kept us awake.

50/50 One tiny bottle of shampoo. 4 plates, 0 bowls, 1 spoon, 3 forks, 1 cup. Who stocks a kitchen like that other than a toddler??? Trash can still had trash in it when I checked in. Room REEKED of cheap cologne. Other than that - it was fine.
Okay for the money My room wasn't ready when I arrived, though I arrived after check-in time. When I entered the room, there was an overpowering bleach odor, which gave me a headache. I needed to turn on the heat, but within a few seconds had to turn it off because it emitted such a terrible stench. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The included breakfast is very bare-bones.
