pretty central to all of Manchester Very comfortable,would have given a full five stars if there were a few things different: couldnt locate a sheltered smoking area,had to buy coffee refills from vending machine instead of housekeeping replacing them.
Good location , very clean excellent would stay again
Basic place to sleep There for graduation from UCONN. Convenient to the Hwy, and very easy to lots of good places to eat. The hotel was close to a grocery store, and a Panera's which was great, because the grab and go breakfast was best left behind. They didn't even have milk for coffee or tea.
Reservation and the actual rooms were not the same I booked 2 non-smoking rooms. I also called up in advance and asked them for the 2 rooms to be next to each other. "Sure", the stuff had said. Ta-da! When checked in, I found that 1 of the rooms was smoking, and the 2 rooms were not even close (on the different floor)! Positive side - The stuff were friendly, and the supervisor takes customers voice seriously. The non-smoking room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, The pillows were soft and fluffy. Though we were unable to put you in side-by-side rooms, I am happy to hear that you did enjoy them and found the pillows to be soft. comfortable stay The room was pretty comfortable but there was something sticky left on the counter and the one time I called the front desk with a question no one was available.
No problems here :-) This was a problem free stay. The room was very clean (including the bathroom). Basic bowls, plates, silverware, frying pan & saucepan were all provided. Water filter on the faucet. Check-in and checkout were very efficient and staff were friendly. The only slight disappointment was the breakfast they provided. It was well below average for hotel chain breakfasts with no seating area. I would definitely stay here again.
