I have stayed here many times over the years and it is always good. I like the fact they do not come into the room every day. I tried to book direct as I have in the past but could not get in so was surprise when I went to Hotels.com to look for another place and found them.

Other guests are very noisy, there's a lot of stomping in the hallways or neighboring rooms, dogs barking

Sister The room has a kitchenette, two full size beds, and good heat. We stayed there during an extreme cold snap and were never cold. They maintained the parking lot after a heavy snow fall and the sidewalks were always clear. A very enjoyable stay during a health crisis for my sister.

The mattress was in bad shape The only thing we found negative was the mattress always made a sound like the bed was going to fall apart
