A hearth with a heart ❤ The most understanding staff. Truly, compassionate. I am a military widow recovering from being diaplaced from my home. They have made me feel like I am important and my business is appreciated. I am so thankful that they work with their customers. Thank you.

After hours check in took forever on the phone waiting on hold til it dropped me 3 times.

Not a good hotel..I didn’t realize it was an extended stay place. It is not a place you want to stay if you’re looking for a hotel for a couple days. No room service, no cleaning service, didn’t have normal hotel accommodations. Staff was triendly when they were there. People were partying outside at 2am and the walls were paper thin. I wouldn’t consider this place again.

Less than mediocre It was a place to sleep for the night, that’s it. It reminded me of a recovery house with a lot of the people being of the demographic that has either terrible rental history, criminal backgrounds or just people that aren’t welcome anywhere else. The place smelled bad, the character of people in passing was questionable and I definitely would be looking to spend a bit more $ next time I stay in the Indianapolis area last minute.
