Decent for the price Hotel is newly remodeled. Rooms were clean-ish. Lower floor seemed to be full time living for many people. Getting clean towels and new trash bags was a chore. Parking lot and dumpster area was full of trash for the full ten nights I was there. Staff was not great. Maintenance guy was behind the front desk hanging out almost every time we came and went, talking with other staff (we just found it funny that he wouldn't be working on getting the parking lot cleaned up). Recommend to stay here before trying intown suites Nice and clean great staff but can be a little noisy but overall great stau
Good clean rooms with kitchenette The front office staff need to learn some empathy. Never rude, but very cold, unsmiling and stoic. I was locked out twice, even though I paid in advance. No apology, just re-validation of room card. Last night it happened I, together with 3 other people,waited for 30 minutes for a staff member to come to reception. Again, no apology. Room 311 Been here a month and have had a pretty good experience for me n my 2 girls(kids) . nice and convenient staff, Clean building easy access to things.. Would def recommend😊
