Everyone was rude. Room was dirty and smelled of smoke and old food.
Not the cleanest room, but the bed was nice Upon first entering the room, there was debris on the floor,and the tub and toilet water running nonstop. Someone should really be checking these rooms after someone checks out. The shower also wasn’t very clean, so I opted to forgo the shower in the am.
Overall not a bad experience but will say that at least to the room I was staying in at the time could use a little touching up, the bed frame was kind of dirty, some of the blinds were broken and they wouldn't roll down all the way, some of the walls were dirty, the paint was chipping off as well, whole outside of the fridge was rusted out and the drawers and cabinets could be repainted or replaced on the insides of them as well. Won’t be back Never one time a Housekeeping asked to clean my room, then I seen roaches coming out of another room. They were trying to charge me for more towels. I don’t understand that.
