Front desk staff was very helpful and understanding I did appreciate that but the overall property was very ran down even my room had a bunch of hair in the bathroom in the sink and the tub I had to do my own cleaning when I got to my room mattress was very uncomfortable

I like it because it felt like a home I didn’t like cause flying bugs where coming in, the bed felt like it was going to break and you can hear every noise above you had to check out around 1:30 /2 am cause I couldn’t get any sleep

I stayed for 9 days and was refused fresh linen, my room was never cleaned, checking in the lady was rude and cut me off everytime I tried to speak. Loud all hours of the day and night, there was trash in my room upon check in that was never removed. Very disappointed ☹️

I am so sorry to hear of your frustration. As an extended stay hotel, we clean every other week. You were not due to be cleaned. Due to Covid, Linen exchange was prohibited at our hotel during the course of your stay. I'm sorry to hear of the noise. It is a hotel and guests are in close proximity. We do try to monitor noise levels, but, with our hotel accommodating many long term family stays, it can be a challenge. As much as I hate to say it, it sounds like a full service hotel might be a better fit for your expectations. ... read more
