Room was nice clean. The only thing I didn't like was ants on the bathroom sink. Everything else was good.

It was a nice stay. The floor was a little unclean, but that is a small thing for the overall stay. Definitely satisified with the price.

Worth the $200 per week I paid, but... This place is inexpensive and not really a hotel. There is no room service at all; no maid service, pay for wifi, pay for clean towels, probably pay for toilet paper but thankfully I didn't run out. There was no coffee pot and no bedside lamp. Anyhow if you need a cheap place to stay this will work. You get a full size fridge, microwave and a small 2 burner hot plate range but keep in mind there are no dishes, no cooking utensils. No free Wifi and will be charged upon check in Stay was decent except the WiFi I had to PAY for sucked. It did not work most of the time and as a result I will have a $40 extra charge on my phone bill next month for data overage. It was stated when I made the reservation that I would not be charged until checkout and it was even handwritten on the reservation when I arrived but I was charged when I checked-in which resulted in an overdraft on my checking account because the money was not there until two days after I checked ... read more

Basic, but good & a good deal It's basic, but we knew what to expect & spent little time there other than sleep, showering, etc., while visiting family, so it met our needs fine & was a very good deal for a week stay. It was very clean & room positioning was good for need for quiet. Had an initial key & remote problems, but staff took care of it happily & with dispatch. Wife felt secure & laundry was convenient. Convenient to airport Given the low price I was a little apprehensive about staying at the hotel but it was the only room I could find and it was close to the airport. The condition of the hotel was excellent, very clean both inside and out. Front desk manager was friendly and knowledgable about the area. The room was comfortable but since there were two of us in it, a queen size bed would've been nice instead of a double.

Great Service, Clean Hotel! Stayed for three weeks with my wife and two children. Keith and Shelby at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. always pleasant with a smile. Cassie, the manager, also was friendly and answered all questions that I asked. There was a guy cleaning the hallways everyday and I saw how thoroughly they cleaned the rooms, moved all the furniture and cleaned under the kitchen burners etc. I will be returning! Kudos ValuePlace Staff!

Excellent value. I'll stay again. Spotlessly clean but spartan. I liked the laminate flooring, the real shower head. The bed had clean sheets and was comfortable. The working heat/ac unit very quiet. The $3 extra wi-fi worked well and a login issue was resolved quickly. The only con was no coffeemaker in room. I'll bring in a go cup from fast food place nearby and nuc it in the morning.
