Falta limpeza e diária mais barata no próprio hote Fiquei extremamente triste ao chegar e ver que as diárias eram mais baratas se tivesse fechado diretamente no balcão deles de atendimento. Tb não gostei da ideia de ser limpo apenas a cada 2 semanas, isso deveria ficar explícito no momento da reserva no site. O resto era agradável, ambiente calmo, sem nenhum incômodo e funcionários preocupados em atender bem.

Hello. We are so sorry that you were aware that booking your room directly at the hotel offers the same if not lower rates than when you book through a 3rd party. I'm also sorry the housekeeping schedule was not to your liking. It is possible to request additional services not already included in your rate if that appeals to you. One of our goals is to allow guests to choose and pay for only those services they want so we keep our rates affordable.
The staff was great, helpful, considerate. The rooms are bare bones. There wasn't even a table lamp next to the bed. My bed was slanted and it wasn't fixed when I mentioned it. The sink in the bathroom refused to drain and that issue was resolved. I love hotels that take pets...I travel with my dog all the time. This hotel allowed very large dogs, whose owners refused to dispose of their waste. It is absolutely disgusting to walk my dog and see massive piles of dog refuse everywhere.
