One night stand The check in staff were pleasant. Many of the floor surfaces had weat down to the wood and looked shady. The elevator was very old and they had trouble keeping it operating while i was thier. I had to use the stairs from 3rd to first floor to get to my vehicle because if this. The shower water was like chalk and you could get to suds . I am guessing they have no water softerner on hot or cold water. Skin and scalp itch because of it. Staff was very helpful. Very welcoming of our dog. We changed towels and linens whenever we wanted and no one bothers you here . Weekly rates are amazing.....

Staff is highly non professional and indifferent The staff is just performing their duties. Not concerned with the needs and problems of the guests. Not hospitable at all. They have a totally non professional and indifferent attitude. Major reforms required in the training of the staff. There is no common area, lounge, lobby etc in the hotel.
